What payment methods do you accept?

We offer convenient and secure store payments via PayPal and Credit or Debit card. You can checkout with your credit card through PayPal without the need for a PayPal account.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 185 different countries for FREE no matter how much you order!

How do I track my order?

We only send out tracking links by request as international tracking isn’t very consistent or reliable. There have been many times when the order has arrived but the tracking still shows it as being in transit. It’s for this reason we don’t send out the tracking automatically as most customers get confused however if you would like to see roughly where your package may be get in touch and we’ll send it to you.

Can I return an Item?

How soon will my order be shipped?

We generally prepare all orders within 24 hours and they are usually shipped out within 48 hours. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.

Where is my tracking number and how long will the shipment take?

Your tracking number should be in your order notes in your account. If you don’t have an account with us, please contact us and we will update you on your tracking. Give it up to 2 business days for your tracking to be available. Please check your spam to see if the tracking is there. If not, please email us at admin@4age.net so we can figure it out for you.
